Description
One gram of fat = 9 calories.
One gram of protein = 4 calories.
One gram of carbohydrates = 4 calories.
Wouldn’t it make sense to use fats as your predominant energy source to build muscle?
I intend to show you how.
I was British overall champion in 1997. I received the only pro card given out that year and proceeded to compete at the Mr Olympia in 2007. I bought my gym soon after wards and proceeded to train bodybuilders.
Prior to that, I was a senior qualified staff nurse working in hospitals for the NHS.
As a gym owner, I was continually seeing young people coming into the gym with digestive disorders, acne, depression, anxiety, skin conditions and joint pains. I know that these conditions are a result of the junk food that these youngsters have been advised to consume in the fitness industry.
I wrote this eBook in response to the current dangerous practices with regards to nutrition and steroid protocols.
I’m going to teach you how to build muscle healthily.
